Zumba is a Latin Dance fitness style workout that improves health and fitness whilst you have a party. It's an easy and fun exercise in disguise!!

Appleby Trampoline Club
Appleby Sports Centre now have a Trampoline club that runs on Saturdays with classes being held from 10-3pm.
It is for Children age 6+ as well as Adults so if you fancy a bounce, get in touch and book your place!
Booking is necessary as there is a maximum capacity per group.
All Classes run throughout term time and can be paid using the 'Pay as you go' method or you can pay in full.
